What's New at Extension          

Stay Strong, Stay Healthy Program

Woudl you like to incrase your strength or improve your balance? Join us on Mondays and Wednesdays, 10 a.m. - 11 a.m., February 13 - April 25, 2012 for the Stay Strong, Stay Healthy Program! This program is for middle-aged and older adults who want to improve quality of life and stay active. Instructors have been trained by Univeristy of Missouri fitness staff to lead this program. These types of exercises are easy to learn, safe and effective.¿

It is easy to participate!

Classes will be held at the new Helm Fitness Studio at 131 West A, Kingman. Registartion packets are available at the Extension Office - (620) 532-5131. Attend our informational meeting on Friday, February 10th at 10 a.m. The fee is $20 for the 11-week session. There are required forms to be filled out prior to class, and those are available from the Extension office.¿Participants are urged to wear comfortable clothing and closed-toes sneaker-type shoes. Bring a hand towel and a bottle of water for each session.
